I'm going to dispute the Character acting as there doesn't seem to be an emotion on her face or an emotion being conveyed in the animation itself.

It says in the tag guidelines that character acting just means the cut is focused on general character movement, which this is. Something doesn't need to have emotion in the face to be character acting.

To be fair, She actually doesn't appear to move all that much either. It's literally a shot of her moving her head up slightly.
