Probably that she didn't really bend her knees much for how far she jumped
wait, you think fan jumping was wrong? How about Edward stopping a Envy's jump kick then proceeding to though him though a wall with pure brute force, despite Envy weighting several tons?
lan fan looks fine to me for a super human but it would have been cooler if she raised a momentum for the jump, but I think that's only noticeable after several watching cuz the main eye attraction is wrath and the swords

as for Envy weigting several tons,I don't know about that,he was shown sitting on chairs and tree branches ,etc

so it's more of a plot mistake rather than an animation error,if it's a one

forget to say, that the swords fight is probably my favourite fighting scene ever, love the choreography
wish that yutaka goes back to that
man i wish he did more cuts for the show. But sadly he did only this one.

Though to be fair he did many cuts for the original fullmetal alchemist.

The 2003 version and Brotherhood were produced at different substudios within Bones. Yutapon likely would've been working on Towa no Quon, the Darker Than Black sequel, and Star Driver while Brotherhood was being made
