I cant believe I only just realized Fuminori Kizaki was the sakkan for this episode. He likely drew a lot of this himself

the smoke looks like something Tomioka would also draw so maybe he was the gengaman but its too divorced from the rest of his credits on YYH to be considered only his work imo.
