This could be Mitsuo Iso. Anipages says he animated a gun in the water:

It doesn't specify the episode though and I can't remember if there are other shots in the anime this could refer to.

I was thinking this could possibly be him, but i wasn't even sure enough to tag presumed. This is the only shot like this, so I'm sure this is it. Thanks!
