Not really confident in my knowledge to be sure where exactly Kaneko ends and Ikarashi begins, but I wanna say it's from 0:28 onwards.

At the very least I can say that the cuts from 0:38 to 0:43 are undeniably his, that is his art pretty much uncorrected.
