2nd key animation
Gosei Oda - 3 cuts of Mob, Reigen and Sakurai slowly getting sucked into Ishiguro's sphere
Kenichi Fujisawa - cut of Ishiguro being blown away and landing
Norifumi Kugai - cut of Ishiguro launching black sphere
Gosei Oda - 3 cuts: background animation and Shou repelling the sphere
Kenichi Fujisawa - cut of Ishiguro being dazzled from the sphere's explosion
Nobuhiro Muto - the following cut with Shou pointing a finger at Ishiguro
Shingo Natsume - Ishiguro being slammed to the ground
Kenichi Fujisawa - the following cut with Shou appearing in the moonlight
They only did 2nd KA, a form of clean-up. The actual animation is all him

thx for the explanation
I've uploaded Nakamura's rough KA for Kugai's cut that was included in his new book. It should give a good idea of how much clean-up the animators did themselves.

Also in the flipbook for this scene, it specifically mentions that for Natsume's cut, he did 2nd KA for only a number of frames and Nakamura did corrections on them as well. Specifically at 0:55 Natsume did the 2nd KA starting when Ishiguro is flat on the ground and all the effects from the slam.

Nakamura mentioned in the interview that schedule was very tight for this final episode, haha.
