Optical Core is only confirmed for the last cut from what I could tell, but I suspect he did more work here.

P cool. I know opticalcore made that stickfigure animation a long time ago on youtube but I kinda want to see his progression to that to this... does opti have some sort of social media outlet where he posts his animations?

He's on twitter and pixiv and uses both pretty much entirely just to post quick work now and then.

I asked a friend of his, and he said Optical Core did rough key animation for most of the PV, but other guys cleaned it up. The last cut was the only part he did entirely by himself.
