What I mean is, you are good at finding animation in many obscure places.

According to Valery Zrazhevsky(Russian animator) on FB, this is by Aleksandr Petrov's studio, with storyboard artists Indar Dzhendubaev, Stas Lebedev, and himself, Valery Zrazhevsky.
