just curious, does the 'smears' tag only apply when the smear frame is shown really clearly and is prominent as one of the key frames? there are definitely some subtle smears here and the other work by this person, but i just wanted to make sure i don't break any tagging rules for next time.

As long as it's clearly visible it's worth tagging them, the only instances when it feels pointless are when it's just some sawtooth edges for a couple of frames. This goes to other elements as well, people don't tag 'liquid' even if there's water unless there's significant animation involving it.

Anyway, worth it here!
