Man everything about these old DB movies looks a lot better than the new ones. Style, coloring, special effects, camera angles and choreography.

This fifth Dragon Ball Z film was directed (and likely entirely storyboarded by) Hashimoto Mitsuo. Hashimoto Mitsuo was sort of like a right-hand man to Nishio Daisuke, the second credited series director of Dragon Ball and the series director of Dragon Ball Z Episodes #1-199. I think Hashimoto sort of took after Nishio but some of the neat camera angles in this movie and his Movie #13 make me think Hashimoto definitely liked moving the camera more than Nishio did.

By the way, I think Nakamura Yutaka did Piccolo saving Gohan from the Coola Armored Squad. There's a cool bit of background animation when Piccolo is fighting Thouser in the forest, too.
do u spot some ide cause i think i see a little at salza
I have a feeling this is 100 percent Shida. I'm going to remove the "artist unknown" tag. Someone tell me if my prediction was incorrect please.
