It seems like Bahi JD for me
Bahi's in the credits for the episode so it might be for this cut.

Can't tell if you're serious or not.

You have to be pretty stupid to not see how realistic the bobble head cut was. Some impressive stuntman work it must've been.

Bahi's linework is just super wibbly wobbly, which is something that I'm not a fan of, but he's not rotoscoping here.

Ok maybe not on the boy but they clearly got the real Sea King to get the movement right
I'm in tears from laughter. Uznare please.

(He was just joking, ever since Bahi's Apollon scene it's been a silly internet meme to call his work roto'd.)
Oh my god did someone just add a "wibbly wobbly" tag to this? This is getting out of hand haha
The guy just doesn't use those holds like everybody else does. He seems to draw every frame manually instead of just copying parts here and there and working with a bunch of layers. Easy fix if you don't mind the loss in dynamism. or just do tighter trace overs.. flip instead of lightbox.

I feel like Shingo Yamashita or Shinya Ohira would be jipped out of being the face of wobbles. :P
This first cut was soooo memorable to me, damn how to do that
