I KNEW IT! I KNEW IT WAS ONE GUY THAT DID ALL THIS. At first I was confused, cause I noticed this style of drawing characters in other places of the show, and I honestly had an initial thought that it kind of looked like the almost liquidy way yutaka draws people. But it was a little more flimsy and fun-looking. Then I noticed that a lot of the show had that kind of style of drawing but not animation. I kept wondering who the guy that animated these shots was, and whether he was the animation director or not. Now I have found him, and he is exactly the kind of reference I expected him to be. Fun looking squash and stretch, and great to look at for gestures.
Also, I don't really know much about posting on sakugabooru, but I think I know a couple other shots he did in the first episode. A lot of them were of the king of depravity talking. Of course, presumed, but those shots always stood out to me as that style before I even started to animate for real. And now I'm confident it's him.
