You can actualy see the deltoid (with its 3 heads), the minor and major(with its distinct heads) pectoral muscles and even the sternocleidomastoid forming almost anatomicaly perfectly if you frame by frame this

Yeah, it's something of a trend in these old Itano D.A.S.T OVAS to have this mixture of somewhat sketchy overall production, with photography errors or the inbetweens falling apart here and there, and amazing animators doing boundary pushing cuts. Utsunomiya's fight scene in this OVA was pretty unlike anything I've seen released prior to it as well. I would love to see more Hontani as well - though I think I've seen most of what he participated in at this point, may be worth going back and doing some guesses.
