It's pretty clearly not an error, Boruto is reacting to something Mitsuki said and made a funny face

Hmmm, I don't know bro... It is especially weird with the sudden eye color change for that one key-frame and again jumping specifically one key-frame without any in-betweens. But it could be intentional like you said, I guess (~_^)

Well, that's a tad bit rude... I do understand the process being an animator, having done work as an inbetweener and all... I'm genuinely just curious because it became jarring the more I noticed it. But I'll take your word for it, geez...

Sorry my intention wasn't to be rude, if its any consolation this upload will be replaced with the creditless version and these comments will be wiped forever. If I could give some context for my shortness the Boruto fanbase which I deal with often is really quick to take the smallest bit of misinformation and run with it to some pretty absurd lengths, which is why I wasn't thrilled with seeing something that isn't a mistake, labeled as one with confidence. Also what I meant by that is that the key animator typically draws the breakdowns (nakawari sankou) themselves, especially one as experienced and strong as Kana Ito, so the douga artist can't actually change the scene in that significant of a way even if they tried.

Ah, I actually didn't know Kana Ito did breakdowns for that, especially with how straight forward that particular cut is... But now that I think about it, it makes sense since she did solo it afterall... Thanks for the correction bro, also my bad if I sounded "confident" with my assumption, I mostly just kind of commented it jokingly because I kept noticing the eye color change and quick jump to the next cut, and it felt a bit weird to me. It was a bit naive of me, I didn't think it was international in that way. But obviously it is an amazing cut and I love Kana Ito's works.

I've been in the community long enough, and encountered some of the Boruto fanbase lads you're talking about, your reaction to my comment it is understandable. Apologies for any misunderstanding I was just being a bit too cheeky. I'm just here to learn more and I don't mean any harm. I always look up to you, Kvin and Ashita btw.
