As for the tags they're confirmed correct but the starting and end points aren't known exactly:

Suzuki and Taguchi are contained within the first half. I see Taguchi's art where Darui gets kicked in the stomach, she may have done the cut before that as well. After that I'm certain at the very least Suzuki drew Gaara at 0:11, Hirofumi Masuda did the Itano circus and all of the effects animation from 0:10-0:29.

I'm guessing he also made adjustments to 0:31-0:33 and the background effects layer for a single cut @ 0:42.

0:47-0:50 should be Huang corrections on top of the fact that his corrections are in basically every cut of this episode

would have pegged suzuki for momoshiki's face at 0:00 - 0:01.
