Not entirely sure what's going on there, but it might be because the cuts are not to snuff. There's explinations for why each clip was taken down. That, and it's Gundam Seed, there isn't really a whole lot to go around in terms of decent animation.

I understand the reason for the deletion, I was just worried that I might've been in trouble for uploading a large quantity of low quality content that needed to be deleted.

I don't think so. People upload low quality clips all the time (myself included). I don't think that's any means for punishment besides the deleted videos.

But I'm not an admin, so I don't know entirely what the criteria is. So they may have a different outlook than I do.

Even us have uploads deleted by other admins and mods, there's no problem there. The only people who have gotten banned over their bad uploads it was some... extreme cases let's say, with things that are in no way what we cover here (or in any site for that matter) being uploaded over and over. That, and fans of a certain franchise getting a bit too cheeky, but otherwise nothing.
